Processing Time

We hand-pour our candles in small batches and allow them to cure in our historic vault to ensure the highest quality. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order after it is placed. During peak seasons, or for custom orders, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a notification via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We primarily ship within the United States using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. You will be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout, where the estimated delivery time and cost will be calculated based on your location and the weight of your order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping destination. You can view the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase. We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions on orders over a certain amount; please check our website for current offers.

Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout and your location. Please note that these are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Ember + Sage Candle Co. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

    Order Tracking

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.

    Shipping Address Accuracy

    Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is accurate and complete. Ember + Sage Candle Co. is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package.

    Lost or Damaged Packages

    While we take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely, occasionally packages may be lost or damaged during transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at embersagecandleco@gmail.com with your order number and any relevant photos (for damaged items). We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and find a suitable solution.
